As if I haven't been busy enough this semester, I have all sorts of projects and assignments due this coming week. This has meant that I've been devoting almost all of my time to finishing all of this stuff up. Mostly I feel like I've been jumping through hoops, since most of what I've been doing has not been very difficult but is rather just an extremely time-consuming means to an end - I have to finish all of the requirements so that I can graduate in the spring. One of the only interesting assignments I've had this semester is a term paper in my Contemporary Philosophy of Ed course - I wrote a rather interesting paper (at least in my opinion) on citizenship education.
Anyway, after this week I'll have most of everything finished up for this semester (other than a take home final and some meetings I have the following week). Then I have a month in which all I have to do is work and put together my portfolio. Actually, now that I think about it, it would probably also be a good idea for me to put some lessons together for when I student teach as well. In any case, I won't be quite as busy, and I desperately need some sort of break at this point.
By the way, this has been my first entry in a while - I'm beginning to realize that I'm not much of a blogger.
