Botticelli
Sandro Botticelli (1444-1510) was an Italian painter. He worked as a pupil in the studio of Fra. Filippo Lippi and soon showed signs of extraordinary talent. Apart from his paintings Botticelli did frescoes for the Sistine Chapel in the Vatican and illustrations for Dante's works.
