Please read the rules and the following terms and conditions of the competition before posting any entries. By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as the rules of the competition. If you do not agree, do not enter the competition.

1. This competition is organized by the staff of Shadowed Realm.
   
   
2. The staff of Shadowed Realm reserves the right to cancel or amend this competition and its rules or terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be posted at http://www.shadowedrealm.com/contests/ and/or herein.
   
   
3. In the event of any disputes regarding this competition, its rules and/or terms and conditions, results, conduct, and all other matters relating to this competition, the decision of the staff of Shadowed Realm shall be final and no correspondance or discussion shall be entered into.
   
   
4. No purchase or fee is necessary to enter the competition and win a prize.
   
   
5. The staff at Shadowed Realm is prohibited from entering into the competition.
   
   
6. By entering the competition, you hereby warrant that all information you submit is true, current, and complete.
   
   
7. The staff at Shadowed Realm assumes that by using the Web site and entering the competition (and you warrant that) either you have a legal capacity to enter the competition and agree to the rules (i.e. that you are of sufficient age and mental capacity and are entitled to be legally bound in contract) or your parents have consented to your entry of the competition and use of these rules.
   
   
8. The staff of Shadowed Realm cannot and will not accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorized access to entries, or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside our control.
   
   
9. The staff at Shadowed Realm reserves the right to edit, publish, and distribute any entries posted or submitted to the site for this competition royalty-free for perpetuity. Credit will be given to the author of any such articles, however, and no one at Shadowed Realm will claim any other rights (such as ownership rights) over the submitted material. These terms and conditions will be applied to any entries upon their receipt here at Shadowed Realm.
   
   
10. Any applicable taxes (including but not limited to federal, state, and/or local taxes) are the responsibility of the winners. Prizes are non-transferable.
    
    
11. Prize winners shall be notified as soon as possible after the close of the competition regarding their prizes via e-mail, and an announcement will be made at the following address: http://www.shadowedrealm.com/contests/.
    
    
12. Entrants must be contactable at the e-mail address provided at the time of entry. Winners who do not respond to email contact will still be pronounced winners but will forfeit their prize if they do not claim it within thirty (30) days of the results being published on the Web site.
    
    
13. Prize winners that are to receive a cash prize will receive their prize at the e-mail address provided with their entry via PayPal.
    
    
14. Shadowed Realm is not affiliated with PayPal in any way. Therefore, the staff of Shadowed Realm is not responsible for any error with receiving or retrieving the prize through PayPal. The amount specified for the prize (if any), will be sent to the prize winner's e-mail address only once.
